INGREDIENTS:
- 4 cup Farmside Premium Basmati rice,
- 1 tsp. kesar paste,
- Salt.
MASALA:
- ½ cup coconut,
- 1 onion,
- 1 piece ginger,
- 2 tsp. garlic,
- 1 tsp. Garam masala
- 2 tsp. sugar,
- 2 tsp. red chili powder,
- ½ cup cashew nuts.
DRY MASALA:
- 1 tbsp. cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp. coriander seeds,
- 2 nos. black pepper,
- 1 piece cinnamon,
- 2 cloves.
- Heat all the masala and grind it.
VEGETABLES:
- 2 potato chips
- 2 carrots,
- 100 grams of cauliflower,
- Baby corn,
- 1½ cup paneer,
- 1 cup boiled peas,
- 100 grams of French beans.
GRAVY:
- 4 tomatoes, puree,
- ¼ cup cream,
- color (1 pinch)
